I think he might have been a robot. I don't have a clue when it was made. Pretty old and color, barely, up to the early seventies I would guess but probably older. I remember seeing this movie on tv when I was very young sometime in the late 80's and it scared the hell out of me. Sorry about the little info, I hardly remember.
