What intuitiveness was it that caused me to turn on the House Debate at 5 today to see it p?

It just got tabled by Harry. I don't quite know what will happen next. They are going to use that bill, take out what they hate and put in what they like. Then if they p it, it will go back to the house and it won't p without the bba.
