What was your most memorable, good or bad, performance in which you had to battle Mother Nature?

I don't know where you are but here we have been baking under a relentless heatwave for well over a month now. Have you ever had to perform/conduct in extreme weather outside? Maybe a gig playing the piano underwater? Ever played your cello for a rock band in 100 degree plus heat? Maybe you did an outdoor concert in Australia and a wicked thunderstorm blew in? Did your lips ever stick to your flute while playing for a wedding in an early Spring freeze? I remember Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman, Anthony McGill and Gabriella Montero "performed" at Obama's inauguration in extreme cold. Just curious.........
