I would go for 14k gold because 18k is softer and can be damaged more. And okay, you want real stones and not CZ. Real stones are expensive. And at that price I highly doubt they are real or good quality stones. Keep looking, that one's probably a rip off. Go into actual jewelry stores, don't leave an important piece of jewelery like your engagement ring be left to a picture. The pictures are usually nothing like the actual ring. Trust me.
