Talk to her more, and let her know you're there if she needs you. Tell her that harming herself is stupid. Tell her to go to a counselor, that will help her calm down and not be so stressed all the time. It's not her fault she has these problems but since you broke up with her, you have to be firm now. Just be friends with her and be with her when she needs you. But if you still do have feelings for her then it's still not too late to change it.
