SHUTTLE from Bart to SFO Airport?

What's the best cheapest way to go to the SFO airport from BART? I heard you can take BART to the Daly City station and take a shuttle bus to the airport. If so, how much is the shuttle ride? And is there a number ociated with the shuttle bus?
