Why are the Libyan camping out in Tunisia?

Thousands of Libyan are camping out in the border of Libya and Tunisia right now, I'm wondering why. What exactly are they waiting for? Are they waiting for things to get better in their country and than go back? Or are they all waiting to get into Europe? Or what? Can anyone tell me
