Who is a kaffir, can you give me evidence from Quran and sunnah?

Well obviously that's for Allah (swt) to decide but a kaafir is someone who does not give witness that Allah (swt) is one there is none like him and Muhammed(saw) is his messenger there are loads of examples in the quraan and hadeeth and it is general knowledge really!
