Why should muslim not cover there hair????

ppl...i am not against it i dont care if u cover or not ...but what r the negative sides of covering and affects ...will you get treated badly....will ppl jug u diffrently ...and etc... so plz hel anf also give me ur opinion ....dont tell me why they want to wear it ....
