Could an Indian-speaking person transcribe/identify this song?

I'm not sure what Indian language/dialect this is (but pretty sure it's Indian), but it's only a short clip from a television program. If someone who understands this could transcribe the lyrics so I could try and figure out the name of the song, or alternatively identify the song, that would be very much appreciated.
