Wtf?? tell me wat u think about this ok!?

ok so there is this kid im into, but he said b4 that he dont like me like that an he lives a couple states away from me now but we were talkin online an i asked him if he would come down so i could see him an he did but we neva ended up seein eachother becuz shyt came up but i asked him if he would come down again an he agreed to come down an see me, he lives pretty far away from me an he was talkin about "hookin up"..he got me kinda confused, part of me is like ok he must like me if hes comin all that way to see me, then another part of me is like nah he got fam down here thats probally the only reason y an we talk on the phone for hours sometimes then otha times he ignores my im's an ruches me of the phone so i dont know if he is just tryin to be nice cuz he knows i like him or if maybe he likes me a lil bit or, um i really dont know can u help me!
