Helen Thomas Statement: Does ANYONE really think the Jews are going to leave ...?

I think Jews in Israel are in fact colonists and history has taught us that colonists will have to leave one day if they are continuously outnumbered by natives (in this case Arabs). Europeans in Americas did not leave because they outnumbered natives and technologically were centuries ahead of locals. This is not the case in the land of Palestine. Jewish colonists may have borrowed technological upper hand, they are in no way centuries ahead. And locals have very strong support all around. Israel is only 62 or so years old. Colonists have lasted a maximum of 4 to 5 times of that time in any given land and despite being technologically advance had to leave.
