What exactly does it mean to have a low performance iq?

I have a lower performance iq. Verbal is 142, performance is 110 and full scale is 130. I am supposedly ADHD. What does this mean in terms of the world. In other words, does this mean that I perform at a lower level but articulate myself at a higher level? Is the verbal iq thing b.s. and does this mean that I really am dumb? Are there people who have high performance and low verbal iqs?
