American Mini Golf Parks - like in Happy Gilmore/Simpsons?

Hey, I was wondering where the mini golf parks are that look like the one from 'Getting Even With Dad' or in The Simpsons or Futurama - even Happy Gilmore....... where it's not just fake gr and a hole, they actually have fully decked out scenery, earthquake ones, giant clown ones... any ideas??? Websites if possible... cheers guys
