Pain in my left testicle?

For the past day or two I have been having a pain in my left testicle, it isn't constant, but when the pain occurs it's kinda dull and goes towards the area where left leg meets my hip. I can't notice any swelling, but I kinda feel like squishy, tiny tube shaped stuff idk how to explain. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but what do you think it is :(
