Working rates of a photographer?

don't go for an hourly rate. you will be too distracted by it at the end of a shoot. Put a package together that you would offer a client. how many pictures? what sizes? look at what it costs you first and then add what you would like to come out of a full day shooting and maybe three post processing. Once you have made a name for yourself gradually increase your charge until you are in line with people who publish their prices. Maybe 800 dollars US for a wedding, 10 per print for portraiture for starters.
